■ Shipping within South Korea
- You can apply for a return within 7 days after receiving the ordered product.
However, if the product is substantially different from the description/advertisement, or does not comply with the contract, you can apply for a return within 3 months after receiving your order, or within 30 days after discovering the issue.

- In case the customer is liable for damage or loss of the product. (Except for when the customer has opened the package to check the product.)
- In case the customer has used the product and considerably diminished its value.
- In case the product's value has considerably diminished over time that it cannot be resold.
- In case the package of a duplicable product has been damaged. (For example, DVDs and albums opened by the customer. Books, magazines, and photobooks that can be read in a short time, etc.)
- In case the production for a made-to-order product has already begun.

[How we handle your application]
1. When your application is submitted, we will check if your order can be returned.
2. For orders that can be returned, we will send you a courier to pick up the order and bring it back. (Usually takes 1 - 2 business days for addresses in South Korea)
3. Please put the product(s) you want to return in the box, as you received it.
4. We will check the returned product(s). Your order will then be canceled and the refund process will start.
※ For returns due to a change of mind, we will charge you a return shipping fee of KRW 3,000 - 6,000, which will be deducted from the canceled payment. You may be charged additionally if the return shipping fee exceeds the canceled payment.
