A. - Up to one single view and up to two multi-view devices can be connected simultaneously. If the connection exceeds the maximum number of devices, the first connected device is automatically logged out.

You can select a subtitle language in the lower right corner of the player, otherwise, no subtitles will appear.
Three-language subtitles (English, Chinese, and Chinese) will be available in the live streaming.

The images are available in '1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P / AUTO' quality. Additionally, please refer to the information below.
- For smooth viewing, we recommend using Edge, Safari, Samsung Browser, or Firefox.
- For smooth viewing, please connect in an environment with an internet speed of 20 Mbps or higher.
However, on public networks, access and viewing may not be smooth even if it is 20 Mbps or higher.
- Data usage may increase when using 3G/LTE/5G.
- When viewing on iOS, it is not possible to select a separate image quality, and the image quality is set to AUTO depending on the network environment.
- If you are watching on iOS 13.6 or lower, viewing may not be smooth, so please be sure to update to 13.6 or higher in advance.

Payment cancellation/refund will be closed an hour before the start of online live streaming, and refunds will not be available after the deadline, regardless of whether you watch the video or not.

A partial refund is not possible.
