Q. How do I purchase Delayed Streaming tickets?

  • Price: ₩ 55,000 (VAT included, HD Single-view)  

 Ticket Purchase Guide

- HD single-view is a product consisting of only one main screen.

- Only one ticket can be purchased per account in the WINNER Weverse Shop (GLOBAL), and duplicate purchases of the same tickets are not allowed.

(Cannot purchase more than 2 tickets per account)

- This ticket can be purchased up to 1 hour before the live streaming.

- This ticket does not include VOD service.

- Please make sure to check the payment cancellation/refund deadline and related regulations before proceeding with your purchase.

 

Q. Do you provide Emblem for purchasing Delayed Streaming tickets?

  1. Emblems will be provided for purchasing the ticket, and emblems will be provided in order after January 13th (FRI) 20203 18:00 KST

 

※ Rewards will not be provided if the ticket you purchased is canceled or refunded before the performance begins.

※ You can check the emblem through Weverse Shop > MY > My NX > Rewards.

 

 

Q. I want to refund for my Delayed Streaming ticket

A. Ticket refunds can be canceled through Weverse Shop ‘My > Order History’. Payment cancellation/refund will be closed on January 8th, (SUN) 14:00 (KST).

 

※ After the payment cancellation/refund deadline, refunds are not possible regardless of whether or not you watched the performance.

Q. How do I watch ‘WINNER LIVE STAGE [WHITE HOLIDAY]’ Delayed Steaming?

  1. Please proceed in the order below.

1) After accessing the live viewing page, log in with your ‘Weverse Shop’ account.

- Live viewing page: https://concerts.weverse.io/events/winner-white-holiday-2022

- If you purchased a ticket after logging in to Weverse Shop with your SNS account, you must log in with the same SNS account on the live viewing page.

2) When logging in for the first time, set your nickname to be used in the chat window.

3)Click the 'Verify' button. After clicking, the ticket will automatically be verified.

- You can only watch the live show after completing the ticket verification. Be sure to check the authentication before starting the live

 

※ You do not need to re-verify when you log in again after completing the ticket authentication.

※ The button to join the live show will be activated 1 hour before the start of the show.

 

Q. There is a problem while using it. Where can I ask for help?

Q.  Can I watch the show on multiple devices at the same time?

  1. Up to 2 devices can be connected simultaneously. When accessing the third device, the first connected device is automatically logged out. 

 

 

Q. How do I use subtitles? 

  1. Subtitles in three languages (Korean/English/Chinese) will be provided. You can select a subtitle language at the right bottom of the player, otherwise subtitles will not appear.

  • For smooth viewing, please connect in an environment with an internet speed of 20 Mbps or higher. However, on public networks, access and viewing may not be smooth even if it is 20 Mbps or higher.

  • Data usage may increase when using 3G/LTE/5G.

  • When viewing on iOS, it is not possible to select a separate image quality, and the image quality is set to AUTO depending on the network environment.

  • If you are watching on iOS 13.6 or lower, viewing may not be smooth, so please be sure to update to 13.6 or higher in advance.

  • Mirroring can be used depending on the user's mobile and TV capabilities. For detailed instructions, please check the instruction manual of your device.
