- A refund will proceed according to your credit card's policy.
- If payment has already been completed by your credit card, your payment will be canceled. The cancellation may be completed in the next month.
- If your refund is not made even after the payment has been canceled, please contact your card company.
[PayPal refund policy]
- If you've paid with a credit card or a debit card, your refund will be made to the card you used. A refund may take up to 30 days depending on the card company.
- If you've used PayPal points to pay, a refund will be made to your PayPal account.
- If you've used both a card and PayPal balance to pay, the amount paid with your card will be refunded to your card, and the rest will be refunded to your PayPal account.
