If you'd like to cancel your order after completing payment, please follow the steps below. 


■ If payment is completed

You can cancel your order via [My > My Orders > Details > Cancel Order].


■ In other cases (If your order status has changed to ""Shipping Soon"" or ""In Transit"")

You can apply for a return after receiving your order. 


※ For a live streaming product, you can cancel your order before the streaming starts. Once the streaming starts, you cannot cancel your order or get a refund.

※ You cannot cancel your order partially. Please cancel the entire order and place your order again.
