- Generally, tickets are included with ‘Delay-Streaming(2 times) and Weverse Shop gift Emblem as a 

benefit.


- Emblem issuing date: 7/1 6PM (KST) Live Streaming Package & Live Streaming tickets (two types)


- HD Single-view contains 1 Main screen during the performance


- HD Single-view Package contains 1 Main screen with Online rehearsal benefits.
    (Online rehearsal and delay streaming will be both HD single-view)


- Offline(in-person) tickets are only available from Auction Ticket(vendor)


 

Q. What is the ‘Delay Streaming’ which is part of benefit of purchasing Online Streaming Ticket?? 


  1. You may watch the Delay Single-view streaming that replays the ‘Live-streaming’.
    (※ Delayed Single-view Streaming” is a replay event of the live-streamed performance.)

Q. Where can I watch the ‘iKON 2022 CONCERT [FLASHBACK]’ Online Streaming?


  1. Please follow the steps below.

    1) Login from Live streaming page with “Weverse SHOP” account.
    - Streaming page: https://concerts.weverse.io/events/ikon-2022

    - If you purchased your streaming ticket via SNS account, you must login with your SNS account from the streaming page. (google/apple/ etc)

    2) On first login, you must set your Nickname that you will use on chat

    3) Click the “Validate” button, once clicked, your ticket will be considered as verified and used.

    - Please note that you can only watch the streaming after ticket verification is completed.

- Once ticket verification is completed, you won’t need to verify again when re-logging in


- Entering the Online rehearsal will be activated from 30 minutes before the performance, entering the actual performance button will be activated 1 hour before the performance time.(you must validate your ticket once/non-refundable)



Q. I am having a problem during the streaming/show, Where should I ask for help?


  1. It varies depending on the issue you are having, please refer to the information below.


  • Live-streaming view issues or inquiries (Ticket validation, disconnects or etc) 

  • click the question icon on the bottom right of the streaming page to submit your inquiry. 

  • After the performance, please click the question icon on the bottom right in:  https://concerts.weverse.io/page/support and submit your inquiry under the concert name‘iKON 2022 CONCERT [FLASHBACK]'

  • Payment related inquiries

  •  Weverse Shop: submit 1:1 inquiry through Weverse Shop application under iKON SHOP

※ Running time may change depending on the circumstances of the streaming scene

※ If you happen to deactivate your Weverse Shop account, ticket will be automatically expired 

regardless of your validation or watch. It’s strictly non reversible.



Q. How many devices can watch the streaming? 


  1. Up to two devices are supported to watch the streaming per account. 
    Starting from the third device, the first device will be automatically logged out.  

 


Q.  I want to cancel/refund my ticket.


  1. you may cancel/refund your ticket until one hour before the start of the concert at ‘My > My orders.
    ‘HD Single-view [Online Streaming Package] ticket will close it’s refund/cancellation by  June 25(SAT) 17:00(KST) which is a day before the concert. Please make sure to note this information before the purchase.

※ Once it’s closed, will not be refundable regardless whether you watched the streaming or not.



Q. How can I use the subtitles?


  1. You may select the subtitle from the bottom right of the player. If none is chosen, subtitles will not be shown. 
    - Supported subtitles are English/Japanese/Chinese during the live streaming

Q. What are the supported video quality/resolutions?


  1. Video resolutions are supported as 1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P / AUTO’. please read the details below

    - For better streaming expericens, please use Edge, Safari, Samsung Browser, Firefox

    - Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for the best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even if the speed is 20Mbps or higher.

    - Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE.


- Video resolution option is not available on iOS, and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability.


- Connection or play may not be stable on systems lower than iOS 13.6. Please make sure to upgrade to 13.6 or higher.


- Mirroring can be used depending on your mobile device or TV functions. Please refer to your device manual for more information.


- Your viewing experience as well as image and audio quality may be affected by the user’s network/data environment and other external factors.
