Q. Is there a difference between the Japanese version and the Original Version?
A. Japan Version will be done in Japanese and some Japanese songs will be included. For your information, the Japan Version is only available as a 2 DAY PASS ticket in Weverse Shop.
Q. Can I purchase the Japan Version (11/20) only/separately?
A. If you proceed to Weverse Shop JAPAN SHOP, a Japan Version (11/20) ticket is available. But if you purchase from Weverse Shop GLOBAL SHOP, Japan Version is only available from a 2 DAY PASS ticket.
BUT, If you purchase from JP SHOP, once the payment is completed, refund is not available at all, please be aware of this before making your purchase carefully.
Moreover, MEMBERSHIP ONLY tickets can be purchased only 1 per 1 Weverse account. Please refer to the example below:

Q. I wanna cancel/refund my ticket.
A. you may cancel/refund your ticket at ‘My > My orders.
However, if you are subjected to the conditions below, a refund will no longer be available.
- Non refundable if: you verified your ticket to the live streaming page.
- Non refundable if: the refund/cancellation period has passed.(details below)

Q. How can I watch the ENHYPEN online FANMEETING?
A. Please follow the steps below!
1) After processing to the livestreaming page, must login with ‘Weverse Shop’ account

2) After the very first logins, please set your nickname tobe used in the chatroom
3) Click to Verify/Purchase button. Once you click it, the ticket will be automatically verified/used. (no longer refundable)
- Live streaming can be used from only 1 ticket per 1 Weverse Shop account, verified tickets cannot be verified/used from others.
- Please note that you can only watch the streaming after ticket verification is completed.
- Once ticket verification is completed, you won’t need to verify again when re-logging in
Q. I keep failing to log in! / I cannot login !.

Q. Is Multiview supported?
A. Multiview is not supported for this event.
This event is only available under HD Singleview with 1 main screen.
Q. Can I rewatch the live concert again after the show?
A. You may watch the Delay Single-view streaming that replays the ‘Live-streaming’.
(But, ONLINE PREVIEW is not included in the Delay view streaming)

Q. How many devices can watch the streaming?
A. Up to two devices are supported to watch the streaming per account.
Starting from the third device, the first device will be automatically logged out.
Q. What is the best streaming spec required in Mobile and PC?
A. Please refer to the information below:
- PC: Mac OS 10.12 + / Windows 7+
- Mobile: iOS 13.6+ / Android 8+
- Browser: Chrome 70+ / Safari 13.1.2 / Firefox 39+ / Edge 42+
- Speed: Minimum 20Mbps internet connection
Q. What are the supported video quality/resolutions?
A. Video resolutions are supported as ‘1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P / AUTO’. please read the details below
- Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for the best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even if the speed is 20Mbps or higher. (4K streaming ticket holders are required to have at least over 30Mbps or more)
- Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE.
- Video resolution option is not available on iOS, and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability.
- Connection or play may not be stable on systems lower than iOS 13.6. Please make sure to upgrade to 13.6 or higher.
- Mirroring can be used depending on your mobile device or TV functions. Please refer to your device manual for more information.
- Your viewing experience as well as image and audio quality may be affected by the user’s network/data environment and other external factors.
Q. How can I watch from a bigger screen?
A. If you connect to your PC or Mobile to bigger screen such as TV or monitor by using hDMI cables. Depending on the function of your devices, you may also use the mirroring, please check your users guide of your device for mirroring guides.
Q. How can I use the subtitles?
A. You may select the subtitle from the bottom right of the player. If none is chosen, subtitles will not be shown.
Supported subtitles are English/Japanese/Chinese.
