A. Up to two devices are supported to watch the streaming per account. Starting from the third device, the first device will be automatically logged out.



Q. I wanna cancel/refund my ticket.

A. you may cancel/refund your ticket until one hour before the start of the concert/show at ‘My > My orders.

Refund/Cancellation will be closed by one hour before the start of the concert, once it’s closed, will not be refundable regardless whether you watched the streaming or not.
