- ‘Delayed Single View Streaming’ is an event where the “live streaming” concert is replayed.
- ‘Delay Single View Streaming’ is only available for HD single view.
Q. What are the device browsers that can be used to watch performances?
A. If you are using PC, we recommend using either Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. As for mobile (smartphone, tablet), we recommend using either Chrome or Safari.
- PC OS: Mac OS 10.12 + / Windows 7+
- Mobile OS: iOS 13.6+ / Android 8+
- Browser: Chrome 70+ / Safari 13.1.2 / Firefox 39+/ Edge42+
- Internet speed: Internet speed of at least 20Mbps. In a public network, connection may not be as smooth even if it is over 20Mbps.
- When viewing on iOS system, separate image quality cannot be selected, and the image quality is set to AUTO depending on the network environment..
- When viewing on iOS lower than version 13.6, viewing will not be as smooth so please make sure to upgrade to 13.6 or higher in advance, in order to ensure a smooth viewing experience.
