- If you purchased your streaming ticket via SNS account, you must login with your SNS account from the streaming page.
2) On first login, you must set your Nickname that you will use on chat
3) Click the “Verify/Purchase” button, once clicked, your ticket will be considered as verified and used.
- Watch Live streaming is only available after ticket verification is done from one account, Verified tickets cannot be verified again on other Weverse Shop accounts.
- Please note that you can only watch the streaming after ticket verification is completed.
- Once ticket verification is completed, you won’t need to verify again when re-logging in
Q. Does it provide Multi-views?
A. Multi-view is not provided.
It only contains HD single view with one main screen
Q. Will VOD be provided from this ticket?
A. VOD is not provided, but you may watch Delay Sing-view on the next day of performance.

- Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE

Q. Up to how many devices can watch the streaming?
A. Up to two devices are supported to watch the streaming per account.
Starting from the third device, the first device will be automatically logged out.
Q. I want to refund/cancel my ticket.
A. You may cancel your ticket from ‘My > Orders’ in the Weverse Shop application.
However, your ticket will be non-refundable if you have done the followings below:
- If you already verified your ticket from the streaming page
- If you missed the refundable period (March 6(SUN) 4:59 PM)
