Q. How to watch "ENHYPEN WORLD TOUR 'MANIFESTO' in JAPAN” online live streaming?

※ The running time and program may change due to on-site relay circumstances.

Q. Can I watch a performance with multiple devices at the same time?

  1. Up to 2 devices can be connected simultaneously. The first connected device is automatically logged out when accessing the third device.


Q. I'd like to get a refund for my ticket.

  1. Ticket refunds can be canceled through Weverse Shop ‘My > Order History’.

 The payment will be canceled/refunded an hour before the concert starts. 

(ENHYPEN JAPAN Shop cannot be refunded due to shop policy)



※After the payment cancellation/refund deadline, refunds are not possible regardless of whether or not you watched the performance.





Q. How do I use subtitles?

  1. Subtitles in three languages (Korean/English/Chinese) will be provided in real-time live streaming. You can select a subtitle language at the bottom right of the player, otherwise, subtitles will not appear.

  1. The video is available in the quality of '1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P/AUTO'. Additionally, please refer to the information below.

           - For smooth viewing, please connect in an environment with an internet speed of 20 Mbps or higher.

               However, on public networks, access and viewing may not be smooth even if it is 20 Mbps or higher.

           - Data usage may increase when using 3G/LTE/5G.

           - When viewing on iOS, it is not possible to select a separate image quality, and the image quality is set to AUTO depending on the network environment.
