- Your order may have been misdelivered or lost. Please contact your shipping company immediately to locate your order.
■ International shipping
In the following cases, your order may appear as completed but you may not have received it.
- The address was incorrect
- The recipient was absent and could not receive the package in person
- The order was received by a security guard or it was delivered to a mailbox
- The order incurred custom duties at the customs office
- The recipient was absent but someone else received the package in person
※ If your order was not received and the courier had nowhere else to entrust it, it will be stored by the courier and then automatically sent back to South Korea.
※ If the recipient cannot be contacted and the order had to be re-delivered, the customer who placed the order will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee.
