※ MEMBERSHIP ONLY ticket can be purchased only when your Membership expiration period is still valid during the time of the purchase (Payment completed) for the performance., 

※  Only 1 ticket is allowed to purchase per 1 account. Duplicate purchase is not allowed.



Q. How can I watch the perfomance of STAYC 1st FANMEETING [STAY COOL PARTY]?

A. Please follow the step belowl.

1) Login from Live streaming page with ‘Weverse shop’ account.

- Streaming page: https://stage-events.kiswe.com/events/stayc-stay-cool-party
- If you purchased your streaming ticket via SNS account, you must login with your SNS account from the streaming page.

2) On first login, you must set your Nickname that you will use on chat

3) Click the “Validate” button, once clicked, your ticket will be considered as verified and used.
- Please note that you can only watch the streaming after ticket validaiton is completed.
- Once ticket validaiton is completed, you won’t need to validate again when re-logging in


Q. I am having a problem watching it. Where can I ask for help?  

A. Depending on the issues, please follow the instructions below.

    * For any live-streaming view issues or inquiries (validation, disconnects or etc)

   - Click the question icon on the bottom right of the streaming page to submit your inquiry.
   - After the performance, please click the question icon on the bottom right in: https://concerts.weverse.io/page/support then put the name of the event/performance when submitting your inquiry.

   * For payment related inquiries

      - Weverse Shop: Please submit 1:1 inquiry through Weverse Shop application under STAYC shop



Q. Can I watch the performance again after the live streaming is over?

A. You may watch the Delay Single-view streaming that replays the ‘Live-streaming’. (※ Delayed Single-view Streaming” is a replay event of the live-streamed performance ofr only ONCE)

Q. When will I receive the gift emblem?

A. Emblem will be given sequentially from Aug 18 of 2PM(KST).

※ If you cancel your ticket before the performance, emblem will not be given.

※ Given emblems can be checked from Weverse Shop application > My > My NX > Rewards

※ Even you own both In-person/Online streaming tickets, you will still receive one emblem. 



Q. Can I run multiple device to watch the performance?

A. Only one device allowed per one acount.

 

Q. I want to refund/cancel my ticekt.

A. you may cancel/refund your ticket until one hour before the start of the performance at ‘My > My orders. 

- Refund/Cancellation will be closed by one hour before the start of the concert, once it’s closed, will not be refundable regardless whether you watched the streaming or not.

 

 

Q. How can I use the subtitles?

A. You may select the subtitle from the bottom right of the player. If none is chosen, subtitles will not be shown. 

Supported subtitles are English/Japanese/Chinese during the live streaming



Q. What is the best streaming spec required in Mobile and PC?

A. It depends on your ticket, please refer to the information below.

Q. What are the supported video quality/resolutions?

A. Video resolutions are supported as ‘▶ 1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P / AUTO’. Please read the details below for more information

- Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for the best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even if the speed is 20Mbps or higher.

- Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE.

- Video resolution option is not available on iOS, and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability.

- Connection or play may not be stable on systems lower than iOS 13.6. Please make sure to upgrade to 13.6 or higher.

- Mirroring can be used depending on your mobile device or TV functions. Please refer to your device manual for more information.

- Your viewing experience as well as image and audio quality may be affected by the user’s network/data environment and other external factors.
