Q. What are the tickets for SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [BE THE SUN] - SEOUL Onlines Streaming?

※  MEMBERSHIP ONLY tickets are available only to SEVENTEEN GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB CARAT MEMBERSHIP (aka Membership) holders.

※ For the MEMBERSHIP ONLY Ticket, you should ensure the membership is unexpired during the date of purchase to avoid any disadvantages on the date of the concert/streaming. Please double check your expiration date of the Membership 

※ Only one ticket per concert date 2 Day Pass can be purchased, same concert date tickets cannot be purchased more than one.

※ HD Multiview 4 means you can watch the concert through 1 main screen with 3 concept screens at the same time. (Tatal 4 screens will be available.)


※ Credit cookie

  • A behind-the-scenes sketch video of the performance will be provided for the Carat Members who purchase the HD Multiview 4 (2 Day Pass). And it will be released after the end of the 2 Days’ online streaming.
  • Customers who have purchased the HD Multi View 4 (2 Day Pass) ticket, please refer to the informational video that is sent after the end of the performance and do not end the watching right after.
  • Credit Cookie is not shown during delayed streaming.




Q. How can I watch SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [BE THE SUN] - SEOUL?

A. Please follow the steps below!


1) Login from Live streaming page with “Weverse Shop” account.


- Live streaming page: https://concerts.weverse.io/events/svt-bethesun

- If you purchased your streaming ticket via SNS account, you must login with your SNS account from the streaming page.

2) On first login, you must set your Nickname that you will use on chat

3) Click the “Verify/Purchase” button, once clicked, your ticket will be considered as verified and used.

- Please note that you can only watch the streaming after ticket verification is completed.

- Once ticket verification is completed, you won’t need to verify again when re-logging in.




Q. I am having a problem watching it. Where can I ask for help? 

A. Depending on the issues, please follow the instructions below!

    * Live-streaming view issues or inquiries (verification etc)

   - Please click the question icon on the bottom right of the streaming page to submit your inquiry.
   - After the performance, please click the question icon on the bottom right in: https://concerts.weverse.io/page/support, then put the name of the event/performance when submitting your inquiry.

   * For payment related inquiries

  - Weverse Shop: Please submit 1:1 inquiry in the Weverse Shop application under SEVENTEEN shop



Q. Can I rewatch the live concert again after the show?

A. You may watch the Delay Single-view streaming that replays the ‘Live-streaming’.

(※ Delayed Single-view Streaming” is a replay event of the live-streamed performance.)

Q. When can I receive the emblem? 

A. It will be registered at 6PM on 6/27.


- To whom : The customers who purchased the online live streaming ticket of SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [BE THE SUN] - SEOUL during the purchased period.

 - Schedule: It will be registered at 6PM on 6/27 (Mon) (KST).

※ If you cancelled or refunded your ticket before the performance, the emblem will not be provided.

※ The emblem can be checked at Weverse Shop > My > My Nx > Rewards.

※ No matter the quantity and the type of the ticket , the emblem will only be provided once per account.




Q. Is it possible that I watch the performance on several devices simultaneously?

A. Up to one device can be connected for single view, and up to two devices can be connected for multi view at the same time. When 3 or more devices are connected, the first connected device will be automatically logged out. 

 

Q. I wanna cancel/refund my ticket.

A. You can process the refund/cancellation through My > My orders one hour before the performance starts for the SEVENTEEN GLOBAL SHOP.

Refund/Cancellation will be closed by one hour before the start of the concert, once it’s closed, will not be refundable regardless whether you watched the streaming or not.

 


Q. How can I use the subtitles?

A.  You may select the subtitle from the bottom right of the player. If none is chosen, subtitles will not be shown. 

Supported subtitles are English/Japanese/Chinese.




Q. What is the best streaming spec required in Mobile and PC?

A. Depending on the ticket, the required playback environment will be different. Please kindly refer to the following information:


- PC: Mac OS 10.12 + / Windows 7+

- Mobile: iOS 13.6+ / Android 8+

- Browser: Chrome 97+ / Safari 13.1.2 / Firefox 39+ / Edge 97+

- Speed: Minimum or more than 20Mbps internet connection is required.


 

Q. What are the supported video quality/resolutions?

A. Video resolutions are supported as ‘1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P / AUTO’. please read the details below


- Edge, Safari, Samsung Browser, or Firefox will be the best for watching.

- Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for the best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even the speed is 20Mbps or higher. 

- Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE\5G.

- Video resolution option is not available on iOS, and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability.

- Connection or play may not be stable on systems lower than iOS 13.6. Please make sure to upgrade to 13.6 or higher. 

- Mirroring can be used depending on your mobile device or TV functions. Please refer to your device manual for more information.

- The watching experience as well as image and audio quality may be affected by the user’s network/data environment and other external factors.
