Q. How can I watch 2022 SVT 6TH FAN MEETING <SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND> online streaming? 

A. Please follow the steps below!


1) Login from Live streaming page with “Weverse SHOP” account.

- Streaming page: concerts.weverse.io/events/svt-6th-caratland
- If you purchased your streaming ticket via SNS account, you must login with your SNS account from the streaming page.

2) On first login, you must set your Nickname that you will use on chat

3) Click the “VALIDATE TICKET” button, once clicked, your ticket will be considered as verified and used.
- Once ticket verification is completed, you won’t need to verify again when re-logging in

- Concert entry will open only from 1 hour before the performance date/time



Q. I am having a problem watching it. Where can I ask for help? 

A. Depending on the issues, please follow the instructions below!


* Live-streaming view issues or inquiries (verification, disconnects or etc)

 - click the question icon on the bottom right of the streaming page to submit your inquiry. 

 - After the performance, please click the question icon on the bottom right in: https://concerts.weverse.io/page/support, then put the name of the event/performance when submitting your inquiry.

 - Weverse Shop: Please submit 1:1 inquiry through Weverse Shop application under SEVENTEEN shop



Q. When will I receive a gift emblem for 2022 SVT 6TH FAN MEETING <SEVENTEEN in CARAT LAND>?

A. Will be given from 2022-03-31(Thurs) 6 PM (KST), If you cancel/refund your ticket before the concert, an emblem will not be provided.

- Even if you purchase both for Online and Offline tickets, still counted as 1 emblem




Q. Can I watch the concert again once the live streaming is over?

A. You may watch the Delay Single-view streaming that replays the ‘Live-streaming’. (※ Delayed Single-view Streaming” is a replay event of the live-streamed performance.)

A. Up to two devices are supported to watch the streaming per account. 

- Starting from the third device, the first device will be automatically logged out.

 


Q. I wanna cancel/refund my ticket.

A. you may cancel/refund your ticket until one hour before the start of the concert/show at ‘My > My orders for SEVENTEEN GLOBAL SHOP


- Refund/Cancellation will be closed by one hour before the start of the concert, once it’s closed, will not be refundable regardless whether you watched the streaming or not.



 


Q. How can I use the subtitles?

A. You may select the subtitle from the bottom right of the player. If none is chosen, subtitles will not be shown.

A. Video resolutions are supported as 1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P / AUTO’. please read the details below
