- Regardless of the Membership subscription countries, only can be purchased from GLOBAL SHOP..

- General benefit for the Online streaming ticket holders will receive ‘two times delay streaming benefits’ and ‘Weverse Shop gift emblem’

- Only 1 ticket per 1 account is allowed, multiple purchases will not be available. (1 account cannot hold more than 1 ticket)

- HD Single View contains one single main screen.

Q. What is ‘Delay singleview streaming’ in the ticket as a benefit? 

  1. ※ Delayed Single-view Streaming” is a replay event of the live-streamed performance. Please read the information below.

- To whom: All Customers who purchased the Online Streaming ticket (membership holders incl.)

- Date:

  •  1st round: May/7(SAT) 19:00 (Entry at 18:00)(KST)

  •  2nd round: May/8(SUN) 15:00 (Entry at 14:00)(KST)

 ※ ‘Delayed Single-view Streaming’ is a replay event of the live-streamed performance. (including Online rehearsal)

※ ‘Delayed Single-view Streaming’ will be performed twice and content would be the same.

※ Even if you buy the ‘Delayed Single-view Streaming ticket’ only, you will be eligible for the emblem as well

Delay Streaming sales date and refund/cancellation policy:

  - Sales open/ close date : May/1(SUN) 20:30 PM ~  May/8(SUN) 14:00 KST (until 1 hour before the 2nd round delay streaming to begins)

-  Refund/Cancellation deadline : May/6(Fri) 17:00 KST (Refund/Cancellation will be closed by 5PM of the day before the 1st round Dealy streaming date)

 

Q.  How can I watch ‘WINNER 2022 CONCERT [THE CIRCLE]’ Online streaming? 

  1. Please follow the steps below!

1) Login from Live streaming page with “Weverse SHOP” account.

- Streaming page: https://concerts.weverse.io/events/winner-2022

- If you purchased your streaming ticket via SNS account, you must login with your SNS account from the streaming page.

2)  On first login, you must set your Nickname that you will use on chat

3) Click the “Verify/Purchase” button, once clicked, your ticket will be considered as verified and used.

- Please note that you can only watch the streaming after ticket verification is completed.

4)Supported subtitles are English/Japanese/Chinese during the live streaming

 

- Once ticket verification is completed, you won’t need to verify again when re-logging in.

- Concert entry will open only from 1 hour before the performance date/time

 

 

Q.  I am having a problem watching it. Where can I ask for help?

  1. Depending on the issues, please follow the instructions below!

  • Live-streaming view issues or inquiries (verification, disconnects or etc) 

    • click the question icon on the bottom right of the streaming page to submit your inquiry.  

    • After the performance, please click the question icon on the bottom right in: https://concerts.weverse.io/page/support then put the name of the event/performance when submitting your inquiry.

 

  • Payment related inquiries

    • Weverse Shop: Please submit 1:1 inquiry through Weverse Shop application under WINNER shop

※ Running time may change depending on the situation of the concert/on scene

※ If you happen to get your account deactivated, your ticket will be expired and it is non-refundable with no excuses.

 

Q.  How many devices can watch the streaming?

Up to two devices are supported to watch the streaming per account. 

Starting from the third device, the first device will be automatically logged out.

 

 

Q. I wanna cancel/refund my ticket. 

  1. you may cancel/refund your ticket until one hour before the start of the concert/show at ‘My > My orders.

*If you purchased a HD Single view ticket, your cancellation/refund will be closed by 2022-04-30(SAT) 17:00 (KST)

* If you purchased a HD Single view package ticket, your cancellation/refund will be closed by  2022-04-29(FRI) 17:00 (KST).

※ once it’s closed, will not be refundable regardless whether you watched the streaming or not.

 

Q. How can I use the subtitles?

  1. You may select the subtitle from the bottom right of the player. If none is chosen, subtitles will not be shown.

Q. What are the supported video quality/resolutions?

  1. Video resolutions are supported as 1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P / AUTO’. please read the details below. 

- Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for the best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even if the speed is 20Mbps or higher.

- Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE.

- Video resolution option is not available on iOS, and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability.

- Connection or play may not be stable on systems lower than iOS 13.6. Please make sure to upgrade to 13.6 or higher.

- Mirroring can be used depending on your mobile device or TV functions. Please refer to your device manual for more information.

- Your viewing experience as well as image and audio quality may be affected by the user’s network/data environment and other external factors.
