- HD Multi view is a screen containing 1 Main screen with 5 concept screens. (total 6 views)

- Only 1 ticket can be purchased per 1 account. Duplicated ticket purchase is not available. (1 account cannot hold more than 1 ticket)

-  4K Single View + HD Multi view ticket contains 4K resolution singleview with HD resolution of Multi views, this ticket is only available in limited quantities.



Q. What is ‘Delay streaming’ which is a benefit of online streaming ticket holders? 

  1. Delay streaming is a replay of the live streaming that was done, and it will be only streamed in Single View. Please refer to the details below.

Q. How can I watch  ‘BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE - LA’ online streaming?

- If you purchased your streaming ticket via SNS account, you must login with your SNS account from the streaming page.

2) On first login, you must set your Nickname that you will use on chat

3) Click the “Verify/Purchase” button, once clicked, your ticket will be considered as verified and used (non refundable).

4) During the live streaming, 3 language subtitles will be supported (English,Japanese,Chinese)


- Once ticket verification is completed, you won’t need to verify again when re-logging in

- Ticket verification will be allowed 1 hour before the streaming schedule

※ Depending on the situation of the live scene, running time schedule or program can be changed. 

※ If you get your account deactivated, your ARMY Membership or your streaming ticket will not be available for refund. Please take extra care on your account.



Q. How many devices can watch the streaming?

  1. Up to two devices are supported to watch the streaming per account. 

Starting from the third device, the first device will be automatically logged out.



Q. I wanna cancel/refund my ticket.

  1. A. you may cancel/refund your ticket at ‘My > My orders in BTS SHOP GLOBAL until 1 hour before the streaming time.  (refund is not available for BTS JAPAN tickets)

※ Refund/cancellation is only available until 1 hour before the streaming time. After that, the refund is no longer valid regardless of where you watched the streaming or not. 

※ Non refundable if: you verified your ticket to the live streaming page.




Q. Can I watch 4K with my own device?

  1. Please test your device from a 4K test video at (https://venewlive.com/test4k, to confirm your streaming environment check for 4K resolutions.



Q. How can I use the subtitles?

  1. You may select the subtitle from the bottom right of the player. If none is chosen, subtitles will not be shown. 

Supported subtitles are English/Japanese/Chinese.

Q. What are the supported video quality/resolutions?

  1. Video resolutions are supported as ‘4K(4K Only to 4K ticket holders), 1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P / AUTO’. please read the details below


 - Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for the best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even if the speed is 20Mbps or higher. (4K streaming ticket holders are required to have at least over 30Mbps or more)

- Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE.

- Video resolution option is not available on iOS, and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability.

- Connection or play may not be stable on systems lower than iOS 13.6. Please make sure to upgrade to 13.6 or higher.

- Mirroring can be used depending on your mobile device or TV functions. Please refer to your device manual for more information.

- Your viewing experience as well as image and audio quality may be affected by the user’s network/data environment and other external factors.
