◆ Guide for ticket purchasing ◆
- HD Single-View is a product that only consists of one main screen.
- HD Multi-View is a package which consists of one main screen and two close-up & full shots. (3 screens in total)
- HD Multi-View Package is a product that you can watch all the streaming performances of ‘MINO: MANIAC, YOON: PASSAGE’ in 3-split multi-view. (However, online rehearsal is only provided by single view)
- Only one type of ticket can be purchased per date of the performance, and duplicate purchases of the same ticket are not allowed.
- Those who purchase the ticket of the HD Multi-View package will not be able to purchase additional tickets.
- Online tickets can be purchased through Auction Ticket.
Q. What is the benefit of “delay streaming” for those who purchase online live streaming tickets?
Delay Streaming is an event for replaying the live streaming performance in a single view. Please kindly refer to the details below.

Q. How to watch the online live streaming of “YG PALM STAGE - 2021”?
A. Please kindly refer to the following steps!
1) Log in with your ‘Weverse Shop’ account after accessing the live viewing page.

- For those who purchase the ticket by logging into the Weverse Shop through the SNS account, need to access the live viewing page by logging in with the same SNS account.
2) For first login, kindly set your own nickname via the chat box.
3) Click the 'Verify' button. After clicking, it will be automatically authenticated
- The live only can be watched after verifying. Please be sure to check whether the verification is done before live starts.
- The verification only needs to be done when first login.
- The button for joining the performance will be active 1hr before the performance starts.
Q. There’s an issue while viewing. Where can I get the help for it?
A. Depending on the issue, please make an inquiry according to the following instruction.
An inquiry about watching live streaming. (ex.: Unable to verify. Streaming is interrupted etc..)
Submit an inquiry by clicking the bottom of the questions mark which’s right of the live streaming viewing page.
After the online performance is over, click the the bottom of the question mark which’s right of the site https://www.venewlive.com/support, and make an inquiry by the ‘performance name’.

Weverse Shop: Create an inquiry via the customer center 1:1 of WINNER Weverse Shop.
※ Running time and program may change due to live broadcast.
※ If you withdraw from Weverse Shop membership, you will not be able to certify your ticket or view it, and your purchase history will be deleted.
Please note that it cannot be restored.
Q. Can I watch a show via multiple devices at the same time?
A. Up to two devices per account can be accessed at the same time.
When connecting to the 3rd device, the first device will be automatically logged out.
Q. I want to get my ticket refunded.
A. Tickets can be canceled at ‘My > Order History’ in the Weverse Shop, and the refundable time for each ticket is as follows.

Q. How can I use the subtitles?
A. The language of the Subtitle can be selected at the bottom right of the player, otherwise subtitles will not appear.
Subtitles in three languages (English/Japanese/Chinese) will be provided in real-time live streaming.

A. The video is supported by “1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P / AUTO”.

- For more smooth viewing, please connect in an environment with an Internet speed of 20Mbps or higher. If you connect with a public network, access and viewing may not be smooth even at 20Mbps or higher.
- Data usage may increase when using 3G/LTE/5G.
- When watching on iOS, it is not possible to select different video quality, and the video quality is set to AUTO depending on the network environment.
- If you watch via iOS 13.6 or lower, the viewing may not be smooth, so please update to 13.6 or higher in advance.
- Mirroring is available depending on the user's mobile and TV functions. For more detailed instructions, please check the user guide for your device.
- The quality of viewing, video, sound may be disrupted due to the user's internet agency /data and other external factors.
