※ MEMBERSHIP ONLY tickets are available only to BTS GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB ARMY MEMBERSHIP (aka Membership) holders
※ To ensure your membership benefits, please make sure your Membership to remain not expired, to avoid any disadvantages on the date of the concert/streaming. Please double check your expiration date of the Membership
Q. How does Sound-check will be performed?
A. Please refer to the information below.
-Sound-check streaming is a part of rehearsal from BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE can be watched from online streaming as an event, Only who purchased “4K Singleview + HD Multiview + Sound-check” ticket OR “HD Multiview + Sound-check ” ticket holders can watch the streaming.
- Sound-check streaming will be performed only as Single-View. (4K ticket holder can watch 4K Sing-view, HD Multiview ticket holders can watch under HD Single-view)
Q. How can I watch BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE?
A. Please follow the steps below!
1) Login from Live streaming page with “Weverse SHOP” account.
- Live streaming page: https://venewlive.com/concerts/bts-ptd-onstage
- If you purchased your streaming ticket via SNS account, you must login with your SNS account from the streaming page.
2) On first login, you must set your Nickname that you will use on chat
3) Click the “Verify/Purchase” button, once clicked, your ticket will be considered as verified and used.
- Please note that you can only watch the streaming after ticket verification is completed.
- Once ticket verification is completed, you won’t need to verify again when re-logging in
Q. I am having a problem watching it. Where can I ask for help?

Q. Can I rewatch the live concert again after the show?
A. You may watch the Delay Single-view streaming that replays the ‘Live-streaming’. (※ Delayed Single-view Streaming” is a replay event of the live-streamed performance.)

- Delay streaming is available only as HD single view, sound-check is not included.
Q. How many devices can watch the streaming?
A. Up to two devices are supported to watch the streaming per account.
Starting from the third device, the first device will be automatically logged out.
Q. I wanna cancel/refund my ticket.
A. For BTS GLOBAL Shop(only), you may cancel/refund your ticket until one hour before the start of the concert/show at ‘My > My orders. (Non-refundable for BTS JAPAN SHOP according to their policy)
(Below information is only applicable to BTS GLOBAL SHOP)
Refund/Cancellation will be closed by one hour before the start of the concert, once it’s closed, will not be refundable regardless whether you watched the streaming or not.
Q. How can I use the subtitles?
A. You may select the subtitle from the bottom right of the player. If none is chosen, subtitles will not be shown.
Supported subtitles are English/Japanese/Chinese.

A. Video resolutions are supported as ‘4K(4K Only to 4K ticket holders), 1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P / AUTO’. please read the details below

- Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for the best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even if the speed is 20Mbps or higher. (4K streaming ticket holders are required to have at least over 30Mbps or more)
- Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE.
- Video resolution option is not available on iOS, and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability.
- Connection or play may not be stable on systems lower than iOS 13.6. Please make sure to upgrade to 13.6 or higher.
- Mirroring can be used depending on your mobile device or TV functions. Please refer to your device manual for more information.
- Your viewing experience as well as image and audio quality may be affected by the user’s network/data environment and other external factors.
