Q. How can I watch ENHYPEN Online Fan-meeting?
A. Please follow the instruction below:

1) After accessing the live viewing page, log in with your ‘Weverse Shop’ account.

2) When logging in for the first time, set your own nickname to use in the chat window.

3) Click the Authenticate/Buy button. When clicked, the voucher is automatically authenticated/admitted as used.
- Live streaming is available only after authenticating one ticket per one Weverse Shop account, and the verified ticket cannot be duplicated with another Weverse Shop account.
- You can only watch live after completing the ticket verification. Please make sure to check the certification before starting the live streaming.
- If you log in again after completing the ticket verification, you do not need to verify again.

 

 


Q. Does it support Multi-view?
A. Multi-view is not available.

HD Single view is a product consisting of only one main screen.

 

 


Q. What is the best specification for mobile and PCs to run the live streaming?
A. Please check below:

  • PC: Mac OS 10.12 + / Windows 7+
  • Mobile: iOS 13.6+ / Android 8+
  • Browser: Chrome 70+ / Safari 13.1.2 / Firefox 39+ / Edge 42+
  • Internet speed at least 20Mbps or higher

 

 


Q. What is the video quality provided?
A. It is available as ‘1080, 720, 540, 480, 360 / AUTO. Please refer to the details below:

  • For better viewing, please connect in an environment with an Internet speed of 20Mbps or higher. In a public network, connection may not be stable even if it is over 20Mbps.
  • When using 3G/LTE, data usage may increase.
  • When viewing on iOS, selecting video quality may not be available, and it will set to AUTO depending on the network environment.
  • If you are watching below version OS 13.6, you may not be able to watch stable, so please be sure to update to 13.6 or higher in advance.
  • You can use mirroring according to your mobile and TV capabilities. For detailed usage instructions, please check the instruction manual for your device.
  • General streaming or video and sound quality may be disrupted due to the user's environment with network/data situation and other external factors.

 

 


Q. How can I watch it on a bigger screen?
A. If you connect a computer or mobile device to a TV or monitor via HDMI, you can enjoy the performance on the big screen.

Q. Can I watch it again after the live streaming ends?
A. You can watch ‘Delayed Single View Streaming’ in which the ‘Live Streaming’ performance is replayed.

Q. Up to how many devices we can watch the streaming?
A. Maximum of two device is possible to view the streaming per account.

When the third device is connected, the first connected device is automatically logged out.

 

 

 

Q. I wanna refund my ticket.
A. Ticket refunds can be canceled directly from ‘My> Order Details’.

However, please note that payment cannot be canceled in the following cases.

  • If you have already verified the ticket on the live streaming page
  • If the cancellation period has passed (until February 7th (Sun) 12:59 PM KST)

 

 

 

Q. How can I select the subtitles?
A. You can select the subtitle language at the bottom right of the player, otherwise subtitles will not appear.

Subtitles are provided in 3 languages: English/Japanese/Chinese.
