- If you purchase the ticket by logging into the Weverse Shop via SNS account, you need to access the live streaming page by the same SNS account.
2) When first login, kindly set your own nickname to use the chatting box.
3) Click the “verification” button, and your ticket will be automatically verified right after .
- The live streaming only can be watched once the verification is completed. Please make sure that the verification is done before the live starts.
- The authentication is only required when the 1st time logging.
The button for attending the online rehearsal will be available before 1 hour of the live starts.

Q. Is it allowed to watch the streaming by several devices?
A. Can stream up to 2 devices per account at the same time.
If the 3rd device logs in, the 1st device will be automatically logged out.
Q. I want to refund/cancel my ticket.
A. The ticket can be canceled through “My > Order history” 1 hour before the event starts. You can cancel the order via “My > Order History”.
Cancelation / Refund can only be accepted 1 hour before the event starts. After it, the refund will not be accepted no matter whether you attend the event or not.
Q. How do I set up the subtitles?
A. The language of the subtitles can be selected through the bottom of the right bar in the player. And the subtitles will not be shown if you didn’t set it up.
Subtitles in three languages (English/Japanese/Chinese) will be provided in the live streaming.

A. Please check the following information.

A. The video is supported by “1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P / AUTO”.

- Data usage may increase when using 3G/LTE/5G.
- When watching on iOS, it is not possible to select different video quality, and the video quality is set to AUTO depending on the network environment.
- If you watch via iOS 13.6 or lower, the viewing may not be smooth, so please update to 13.6 or higher in advance.
