MEMBERSHIP ONLY ticket will only be available to BTS GLOBAL OFFICIAL FANCLUB ARMY MEMBERSHIP holders. (a.k.a. Membership)  

※ Your membership must not be expired during the purchase for Membership only tickets. Please double check your membership expiration date to prevent any disadvantages.

※ 4K Singleview + HD Multiview includes one 4K resolution Singleview with HD resolution Multiviews, item will be available with limited quantity, it may run out anytime.

※ You are only allowed to purchase 1 ticket per each performance date. Duplicated purchase of the same date of performance will not be available.



Q. How can I watch BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE -  LAS VEGAS는 online streaming?

A. Please follow the steps below!

1) Login from Live streaming page with “Weverse SHOP” account.

- Streaming page:: https://concerts.weverse.io/events/bts-ptd-onstage-lv
- If you purchased your streaming ticket via SNS account, you must login with your SNS account from the streaming page.

2) On first login, you must set your Nickname that you will use on chat

3) Click the “Validate ticket” button, once clicked, your ticket will be considered as verified and used.
- Please note that you can only watch the streaming after ticket validation is completed
- Once ticket verification is completed, you won’t need to verify again when re-logging in



Q. I am having a problem watching it. Where can I ask for help?  

A. Depending on the issues, please follow the instructions below!

* Live-streaming view issues or inquiries (verification, disconnects, logins, etc)

- click the question icon on the bottom right of the streaming page to submit your inquiry 

- After the performance, please click the question icon on the bottom right in: https://concerts.weverse.io/page/support then put the name of the event/performance when submitting your inquiry

Q.  Can I watch the performance again after the live streaming is over?

A. You may watch the Delay Single-view streaming that replays the ‘Live-streaming’. 

(※ Delayed Single-view Streaming” is a replay event of the live-streamed performance.)

- Delay streaming will be performed only in HD singleview.



Q. How many devices can watch the streaming?

A. Up to two devices are supported to watch the streaming per account.

Starting from the third device, the first device will be automatically logged out. Please mind your personal account information and secure them to prevent any issues.



Q. I wanna cancel/refund my ticket.

A. you may cancel/refund your ticket until one hour before the start of the concert/show at ‘My > My orders.  (BTS JAPAN shop tickets are non-refundable as per its policy)

Refund/Cancellation will be closed by one hour before the start of the concert, once it’s closed, will not be refundable regardless whether you watched the streaming or not.



Q. How can I use the subtitles?

A. You may select the subtitle from the bottom right of the player. If none is chosen, subtitles will not be shown. 

Supported subtitles are Korean/English/Japanese/Chinese during the live streaming



Q. May I know if my device can run 4K resolutions?

A. Please try-out from 4K sample test link (https://concerts.weverse.io/test4k), to check if your device can afford the 4K streaming service

Q. What are the supported video quality/resolutions?

A. Video resolutions are supported as ‘4K(4K ticket holders only), 1080P, 720P, 540P, 480P, 360P / AUTO’. please read the details below

For better viewing experiences, we recommend using Edge, Safari, Samsung Browser, or Firefox

- Please make sure you have access to internet speeds of 20Mbps or higher for the best connection. When using a public line, connection may not be stable even if the speed is 20Mbps or higher. (4K streaming ticket holders are required to have at least over 30Mbps or more)

- Data usage may increase when streaming with 3G/LTE.

- Video resolution option is not available on iOS, and will be set to AUTO depending on the network connection speed and stability.

- Connection or play may not be stable on systems lower than iOS 13.6. Please make sure to upgrade to 13.6 or higher.

- Mirroring can be used depending on your mobile device or TV functions. Please refer to your device manual for more information.

- Your viewing experience as well as image and audio quality may be affected by the user’s network/data environment and other external factors.
